No complaints, we loved this accommodation and do recommend. The hotel was located really close to Canada and ferry and airport and the bus stop. The location tO THE MALL AND TRAIN STATION was convenient for us. We had lunch in Culver's, placed close by. The restaurant was relatively close to the property.

I loved staying at this place! the host was so kind and accommodating, and having a private bathroom was such a bonus. Being close to the bus stop made getting around so convenient. Great value for the money, I would definitely stay here again when I visit Richmond.

I felt incredibly well taken care of, no complaints.

Great location close to bus stop and value for money. Enjoyed having a private bathroom. The host was very nice.

Cleaning could have been better, especially the pillowcases and shower door. The space was small and became cramped for two people.
